Woodlea Dog Grooming Salon is based in Cleator Moor. I provide a one to one service with your dog. I only do two dogs a day.
The environment your dog will be groomed in is positive, calm and relaxed. Of which I aim to deliver the very best experience for your dog.
I use natural cruelty free, premium products.
I provide a professional service of breed standard to pet style grooming.

These breeds are for guidelines;
SMALL - Bichon Fise, Cavapoo (toy), Coton de tulear, King Charles Spaniel, Lhasa Apso, Maltese, Pomeranian, Toy Poodle, West Highland White, Yorkshire Terrier.
MEDIUM- Border Terrier, Cavapoo (miniature) Cockerpoo, Cocker Spaniel. Dachshund, French Bulldog, Lakeland Terrier, Poodle (miniature), Schnauzer (miniature), Tibetan Terrier.
LARGE- Afghan hound, German pointer (wired and short heard), German Shepherd Dog, Golden Retriever, Italian Spinone, Irish Setter, Labradoodle, Standard Poodle.
PEANUT AND PICKLE.
Peanut and Pickle are 100% a cruelty free product.
Their products are chemical free, they are naturally plant based. They are great for sensitive skin types too.
ABOUT ME.
I have been working with dogs with in the charity sector, for over 30 years. Working in guide dogs first in 11 years in dog care and then qualified as a guide dog trainer, which I did for 20 years.
I am now retired but retrained as a dog groomer.
The qualifications I have gained over the years are as follows:
Distinction in dog care and welfare (city and guilds).
Guide dog trainer qualification.
Canine first aid
Diploma in level two dog grooming (city and guilds).
Pass in level three dog grooming (city and guilds.
