Before your dog enters the grooming salon please complete a CONTACT/REGISTRATION FORM.

On entry your dog will be checked over and assessed. If we become aware of any pre-existing conditions, you will be informed, so that you can seek vetrinary advice.

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions.

​

If a medical issue arises and i am unable to contact you, i will seek vetrinary treatment at your cost.

​

If your dog becomes un-happy, i will stop the groom. I will not subject your dog to any uneccessary stress or pain to perform the perfect groom.

​

I will contact you so that you can come and pick up your dog as soon as possible.

​

If your dog shows any agressive behaviour that i have not been made aware of in the initial consultation, i will stop the groom. You will be charged for any grooming that has been done on your dog. e.g if i have only been able to bath, dry your dog then thats what i will charge for.

I will contact you and you must come and collect your dog as soon as possible.

SEVERLY MATTED COATS.

​

Any dog that enters the salon that has a severely matted coat, will have to be clipped off. it is against the law to de-matt a coat for more than 10mins, this is covered in the ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 2006. Matted coats can pull and the skin., causing pain, skin and health problems.

CANCELLATION/REBOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or re-book your appointment. Failure to give the required notice will result in a 50% fee being charged.

PRIVATE POLICY

Due to the data protection act. Your personal contact data will not be shared or given to any third parties.

​

I may also take before and after photos of your dog to display on my website. Please let me know if you DO NOT want me to do this.

HYGIENE POLICY

​

All grooming equipment is disinfected after each dog. The salon is disinfected at the end of each day.

All dogs will have their own clean, fresh towels, which are then washed/dried at a high temperature at the end da

COVID 19

​

Pleas wear a face mask if entering my premises for a consultation or collecting your dog.  If I am doing a consultation outside you do not need to wear a face mask.
